The Garbage Can Model

Agile Turkey Summit, which is the largest agile gathering organization of the country, was organized in October for the 4th time. Türkiye Finans, as the largest scrum organization in Turkey, was one of the sponsors. In 2014, we were one of the speakers of the conference and influenced other big organizations for agile transformation. This year, our new video which was a comparison between 2014 and 2016, was presented during the conference. Also, one of our scrum teams won "the best scrum board" award. This year, presentations about devops and continuous delivery motivated us for our studies.
